Five star rating: This my first Hajj and I couldn’t ask for more: Adam Travel has done awesome job: we were so blessed to have Imam Dr Takek Chebbi. Staff were very helpful. Saleh was above and beyond. Mohammad and Arif were great. You can feel the culture of being courteous and helpful. Hotels were great. Rooms were spacious and food is abundance. They delivered everything promised and they far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to provide a little feedback on our 2018 hajj experience with Adam travel – group 4B, so others can benefit as there are lots of choices out there, and it is very important to go with the hajj group that delivers exactly what it promises. Adam travel made this process very easy for us from booking (our travel agent, Amro Albaz @DC office was so patient answering my millions of questions about different packages, airlines etc) to completing the hajj Alhamdullilah. They booked the best airlines, best hotels in Madinah and Makkah and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Adam travel tents in mina are right by the Jamaraat (less than 5 mins walk) and they even had golf carts available for everyone. My husband and I, my sister and my mom feel very blessed to go on a hajj journey with the group that had the best imam (Dr Tarek Chebbi) and the best group leader (Mohammad Bhalla). They took care of everything for the entire group and treated everyone like a family. They were both accessible and super responsive to any texts, phone calls, or in person questions. Our imam, Dr Chebbi, was very knowledgeable and made the hajj process very simple and enjoyable for everyone. He held nightly lectures in his suite and covered all aspects of hajj, including how to save up your energy and maximize the rewards of hajj to the actual manasik of hajj. He followed Sunnah for every step of hajj and kept everyone informed of the other options. He had great sense of humor and made his talks fun. He knew everyone by their first names (33 of us in the group). I really enjoyed going to his lectures and learning his immense knowledge. Personally he had made a big impact on my life and brought me closer to Allah(swt). I highly recommend group 4B of Adam travel or any group that Dr Tarek Chebbi is leading for your hajj needs. May Allah reward all that made this journey easy and enjoyable for us! I pray that we get to go on hajj again with the same imam and group leader inshaAllah!

Salam Alaikum, I just want to start by saying that this trip to Hajj has been by far the most amazing and organised trip I have been on, It was my 2nd time going for Hajj ( last one was 2014 with Adam Travel also). I was in group 4B this time (2018). Our Imam and scholar Dr Tarek Chebbi was outstanding in more ways than one! Any questions or problems we had he was always there to answer and help in whatever way he could, he held almost a daily lecture to make sure we had everything we needed and to inform us of dates. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the trips, leaving us packed full of knowledge…I would highly recommend going to Hajj or Umrah with Adam travel and specifically with group 4B and Dr Tarek Chebbi. They are honest and deliver exactly what they say they will. They made us feel as if we were family to them and I will always remember this trip! May Allah bless Adam Travel business with nothing but barakah and reward Dr Traek Chebbi with heaven for all his hard work and dedication. Since this was my second Hajj I came much more prepared this time and learned that patience is a must. There are a lot of things that are out of Adam Travel control (logistically) so you can’t be mad if the bus is late or we could not enter Mena on a bus for example. Group 4B was an amazing group. They made me feel as a brother and treated me like family. Hamdallah we were blessed as a group that Allah SWT made it easy for us all the way from A-Z. That was a blessing from Allah and having a great knowledgeable imam (Dr Chebbi) and group leaders (Muhammad and Araf) and brother Noor was an amazing guide. Omar Hassad

We used their services this year (2018) and had a good experience. They booked the best hotels in Madinah and Makkah and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their agent, Sajjad Ramzanali bhai was very friendly and helpful and was present throughout the trip with us. Their spiritual leaders were very knowledgeable and fluent in both English and Urdu. And also knew the local routes and tips to make the visit easier for us.

I would like to begin by saying that my Hajj 2018 experience with Adam Travel has been phenomenal. Beginning from the booking experience, to the communications received, to the way the trip was organized before leaving the US, the actual experience/organization in Makkah, Manasik, and Madinah, to the Hajj spiritual reminders and support throughout the journey… it has all been an amazing experience. Everything is greatly organized, the trip was comfortable, the hotels were nice, the manasik arrangements were good, and Adam Travel did a really great job making this spiritual experience as good and as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend the journey of a lifetime, Hajj, with Adam Travel.

Hajj FAQ

For a more detailed explanation and others questions, please call your local Adam Travel Agent

What are the differences between standard tents and upgraded tents?

There is no physical difference in the tents, the differences is in the physical location of the Mena camp with respect to Jamarat. However the Premium packages have the privilege of having a private bus at their disposal for transferring between Mena camp and Makkah where your hotel is located. In addition their meals are served in open buffet style at the Mena camp. The Standard packages use the Government provided buses and also have boxed meals served at the Mena camp.

Is there access to the hotels during Manasek in all packages? Are buses available to travel to the hotels?

Yes all packages, whether standard or premium have access to their hotels during the days of Mansasek (10-12Zul Hajjah).

Private buses are available for transfer between Mena camp and the hotels for all premium packages.

For standard packages we offer one transfer between Mena and Makkah if you would like to do Tawaf AlIfadah during Eid days. Alternatively, you can do Tawaf Alfadah after the end of the Mena days (10-12ZH). Bus availability is subject to traffic and road closures. This is a complimentary service and pilgrims in severe conditions may be forced to take a taxi to hotel.

We will be departing from Seattle. Which gateway city/airport will need to travel?

All packages are priced based on travel from JFK (New York Gateway). You can leave from any gateway (major airport in your State) however you are likely going to be charged an additional fee for this service. It is best to contact your nearest Adam Travel Agency, we have over thirty branches in the US, to get an estimate for your Add On Fare.

We are a family of four (2 men / 2 women). Will we get a single room in hotels? Are the tents separated by men and women?

If you purchase a quad occupancy (4 people in a room) the two males will be in one room and the two females will be in a different room. In both cases, we will assign additional Hajj companions of the same gender to complete the count in each room to 4.

If you decide to purchase double occupancy (2 people in a room) then each couple (husband and wife) will be assigned a room.

In reference to the Mena and Arafat camps – those are strictly All Male and All Female tents.

Can we choose the departure date (11 Aug or 12 Aug) ?

No you cannot select the departure date, when we say travel date 11 Aug or 12 Aug it means that at the time we designed the package we anticipate our flight will leave on 11Aug or 12Aug. Adam Travel in collaboration with the many airlines we use to assign a flight to each package. The reason we share the dates with you is for you to be able to arrange vacation days from your employer. The airlines do not get a 100% finalized schedule until after Ramadan (June 15th).

What are the main differences between standard and premium packages ?

The main difference between the Standard and the Premium Packages is that the Standard Packages during the days of Hajj (8-12 Zul Hajjah) they reside at the North America Mena camp which is about a 45-minute walk (one way) to Jamarat. The Premium packages during the days of Hajj (8-12ZH) are staying at the upgraded location which is only 15 minutes away from Jamarat.

Are there medical services if one gets sicks/injured there? Is insurance needed?

In case of an emergency that requires hospitalization, your Hajj visa entitles you to services offered by the Saudi Government Medical facilities. This is why it is important to make a copy of your passport and Hajj Visa and keep with you at all times.
