Accommodation: Dar Al Iman Intercontinental (5-Star) at the Haram boundary.
Food: Breakfast and Dinner open buffet will be served at the Hotel.
MAKKAH SECOND (Aug/16th – Aug25th/26th) (5 – 14/15ZH)


Travel: Private Air-conditioned bus from Medina to Makkah on August 16th (5ZH).
Accommodation: Hilton Suites in Makkah (5-Stars) at the Haram boundary.
Food: Breakfast and Dinner open buffet served at the hotel (not during Manasek).
MANASEK THIRD During Time in Makkah


Travel: August 19th (8ZH) later in the day to the Upgraded Premium Mena Camp, close to the Jamarat.
Accommodation: Hotel rooms are available for you during the Manasek. A bus will be available for transfer between Makkah and Mena during Manasek.
Accommodation at Mena: “Adam Travel Compound” in private upgraded air-conditioned tents.
Food at Mena: Daily open buffet service at Mena during your stay at the camp.
Accommodation at Arafat: “Private Adam Travel Compound”. Upgraded air-conditioned tents are provided.
Food at Arafat: Food and drinks will be served during the day.

  • Hajj checks paid to the Unified Agent Office and Visa processing ($ 300 expected cost)

  • KSA has introduced a 5% VAT as of January 2018. The estimated cost of the VAT for this program is $250 per person will be added to your Hajj invoice.

  • Prices are based on travel from JFK gateway. Other gateways are available based on your departure city. Extra fees will be charged.

  • Cost of zabiha/sacrifice (Expected $150)

  • Any additional charges related to stopover to other destinations other than Saudi Arabia.

Makkah Hotel

Overlooking the Holy Haram, Hilton Suite Makkah is situated in the heart of the city of Makkah. The hotel is only minutes’ walk from the Grand Mosque and close to the new King Abdullah wing of Haram. The hotel provides free WiFi and free parking and has private separate Mosque for gents & ladies on the hotel premises.

Medina Hotel

Ideally located on the Holy Prophet's Mosque plaza, Dar Al Iman Intercontinental offers rooms with air conditioning and satellite TV. The King Abdulaziz Library is only a 10-minute walk.

Applications for Hajj visa will not be considered if the following requirements are not met:

The applicant must have a passport with a validity of at least six (6) months and acceptable both for entry to Saudi Arabia and entry to the next destination; the passport should have at least two empty visa pages adjacent to each other.

Each applicant must submit one (1) recent passport size color photograph with a white background. The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.

A completed Hajj Visa Application filled-out with black ink or printed; the form must be signed and stamped by the authorized travel agency.

The Mahram should write his complete information on the application forms of his spouse and children or any relative with whom he is traveling. He should also provide copies of marriage or birth certificates; if these documents were issued outside the US, he should then provide copies translated and notarized by a certified translation office.

All women are required to travel for Hajj with a Mahram. Proof of kinship must be submitted with the application form. Women over the age of forty-five (45) may travel without a Mahram with an organized group. They must however submit a no objection letter from her husband, son or brother authorizing her to travel for Hajj with the named group. This letter should be notarized.

The applicant must be in possession of a non-refundable roundtrip ticket with confirmed reservations.

The applicant must submit proof of vaccination for meningitis and ACYW135. For infants and children up to fifteen (15) years of age, a vaccination report is required for polio as well as meningitis and polio. Children over fifteen (15) years of age should present the same vaccinations requested for adults.

Group Imam - Dr Tarek Chebbi

Dr. Tarek Chebbi, was the Imam of Masjid Al-Ihsaan in Miami for over 12 years. An Educational Researcher and a University Professor for over 15 years. Studied in Tunisia, France, and the USA and is fluent in 5 languages. 

In addition to Masjid Al-Ihsaan, Dr. Chebbi delivers Khutab (Friday's Jumua) at several South Florida Masajids (e.g. Islamic Foundation of South Florida, Masjid-Downtown Miami, Masjid Annour, Masjid Miami-Gardens) and gives Islamic lectures at these and other South Florida Masajids as well. 
Imam Chebbi was a board member of the Islamic School Of Miami for over 20 years. He taught Islamic Studies (Quran, Arabic, etc…) to children for many years. He is currently the principal of the Sunday Islamic School of Miami. He was also a board member of the United Muslim Organization in Miami.
Dr. Chebbi led hajj groups with AdamTravel for several years and constantly receives very positive feedback. He wrote a step-by-step pamphlet on how to perform Manaasek AlHajj according to the Quran and the Sunnah that he used while leading hajj groups for the past 7 years.
