Transfer to Makkah
The group will then stop at the Miqat Zul Hulifa where you can make your proper intention for Umrah & Hajj.
Upon arrival at the Hilton Suites, you will perform your Umrah.
An open buffet breakfast and dinner will be available at the hotel except during certain days of the Manasek.
Open buffet dinner will be served at the camp.
Full access to the Hotel during manasek and a daily bus transfer between the Camp and the Hotel will be available. The bus schedule will be determined by your group leader.
Food and Drinks will be served at Arafat.
After Maghrib Azan you will be transferred to Muzdalifah to pray Maghreb and Isha.
You will also collect the pebbles for Jamarat in Muzdalifah. Depart Muzdalifah after Fajr.
After jamrat al Aqabah and confirming with your group leader that your sacrifice is done, you can shave or shorten your hair.
You will be transferred back to the Hilton Suites to change and get partially out of the state of Ihram.
Perform Tawaf Al-Ifadh at your convenience, once done you are now completely out of your Ihram.
Prepare to be transferred back to the camp after dinner at the hotel.
The days of Tashreeq
3Sep/12ZH: Perform the final Jamarat and depart to the Hilton Suites.
4Sep/13ZH: Continue to stay at Makkah hotel. You can go to the Haram on your own and make sure to perform Tawaf Alwadah before departing Makkah.

Applications for Hajj visa will not be considered if the following requirements are not met:
The applicant must have a passport with a validity of at least six (6) months and acceptable both for entry to Saudi Arabia and entry to the next destination; the passport should have at least two empty visa pages adjacent to each other.
Each applicant must submit one (1) recent passport size color photograph with a white background. The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.
A completed Hajj Visa Application filled-out with black ink or printed; the form must be signed and stamped by the authorized travel agency.
The Mahram should write his complete information on the application forms of his spouse and children or any relative with whom he is traveling. He should also provide copies of marriage or birth certificates; if these documents were issued outside the US, he should then provide copies translated and notarized by a certified translation office.
All women are required to travel for Hajj with a Mahram. Proof of kinship must be submitted with the application form. Women over the age of forty-five (45) may travel without a Mahram with an organized group. They must however submit a no objection letter from her husband, son or brother authorizing her to travel for Hajj with the named group. This letter should be notarized.
The applicant must be in possession of a non-refundable roundtrip ticket with confirmed reservations.
The applicant must submit proof of vaccination for meningitis and ACYW135. For infants and children up to fifteen (15) years of age, a vaccination report is required for polio as well as meningitis and polio. Children over fifteen (15) years of age should present the same vaccinations requested for adults.
