MEDINA FIRST

Medinah

Upon arrival to Medinah International airport and after clearing customs, our ground staff will guide you to your bus to be transferred to your hotel Dallah Taibah located across the street from the Haram.

Madinah- Continued

Enjoy the five daily prayers in the Haram.
Open Buffet Breakfast and Dinner are served daily at the hotel.
Moreover, enjoy the Mazarat trip in Madinah to historic sights: Jabal Uhud, Masjid Quba, Masjid Al-Qiblatin, and more.
MAKKAH SECOND

Transfer to Makkah

Enter the state of Ihram and prepare for your trip to Makkah in a private air-conditioned bus.
The group will then stop at the Miqat Zul Hulifa where you can make your proper intention for Umrah & Hajj.
Travel by private air-conditioned bus from Medina to Makkah on August 27th.
Upon arrival at the Marriott Hotel or Similar, you will perform your Umrah.
10 Nights (Aug27th – Sep6th) (5 – 15ZH)

Accommodation

The Marriott hotel is conveniently located facing the Haram which makes it easy for you to enjoy five daily prayers.
An open buffet breakfast and dinner will be available at the hotel except during certain days of the Manasek.
8ZH

MANASIK Third ( 8-12ZH)

August 30th : Transfer to Mina in North American tents. Tents are air-conditioned and Sofa beds will be provided.
Full access to your room at Marriott during manasek.
A bus will be provided on Eid days for transfer between Mena and Makkah to perform Tawaf Al Ifadah, but bus availability is subject to traffic and road closures. This is a complimentary service and pilgrims in severe conditions may be forced to take a taxi to the hotel. The bus schedule will be determined by your group leader.
Food: Breakfast and dinner box meals will be served at Mena camp (10-12ZH).
9ZH

Arafat Day

Travel by bus to Arafat tents.
After Maghrib Azan you will be transferred to Muzdalifah to pray Maghreb and Isha.
You will also collect the pebbles for Jamarat in Muzdalifah. Depart Muzdalifah after Fajr.
10ZH

Eid Day

Return back to Mina for breakfast and throw Jamarat Aqabah Al-Kubra.
After jamrat al Aqabah and confirming with your group leader that your sacrifice is done, you can shave or shorten your hair.
You will be transferred back to the Marriott hotel to change and get partially out of the state of Ihram.
Perform Tawaf Al-Ifadh at your convenience, once done you are now completely out of your Ihram.
11ZH to 14ZH

The days of Tashreeq

Perform Jamarat then Transfer to Makkah. Return to Mina.
Perform the final Jamarat and depart to the Marriott Hotel
Continue to stay at Makkah hotel. You can go to the Haram on your own and make sure to perform Tawaf Alwadah before departing Makkah.
15ZH

Departure Day

Prepare for departure to Jeddah according to the schedule of your flight.
Travel by bus to Jeddah airport. Take flight back to the U.S.

Makkah Hotel

Makkah Marriott Hotel offers accommodation in Mecca. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant.
Each room at this hotel is air-conditioned and is fitted with a TV with satellite channels. Certain rooms include a seating area for your convenience. Extras include slippers, free toiletries and a hair dryer.

Medina Hotel

Dallah Taibah Hotel is located 50 metres away from Al Masjid Al-Nabawi, immersed in the commercial and shopping district of Medina. Each spacious room at the Dallah Taibah has air conditioning and some of them feature views over the Masjid Al-Nabawi. All of them have flat-screen TVs and a safety deposit boxes. The bathrooms include free toiletries and slippers. The coffee shop at the lobby offers a variety of hot beverages, fresh juices, pastries and light snacks. A breakfast is available at the Dallah Taibah upon request. A 24-hour room service is also provided. Al-Qiblatain Mosque and Quba Mosque are both within 7 km from the hotel. Prince Mohammed Airport is 25 km away.

Applications for Hajj visa will not be considered if the following requirements are not met:

The applicant must have a passport with a validity of at least six (6) months and acceptable both for entry to Saudi Arabia and entry to the next destination; the passport should have at least two empty visa pages adjacent to each other.

Each applicant must submit one (1) recent passport size color photograph with a white background. The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.

A completed Hajj Visa Application filled-out with black ink or printed; the form must be signed and stamped by the authorized travel agency.

The Mahram should write his complete information on the application forms of his spouse and children or any relative with whom he is traveling. He should also provide copies of marriage or birth certificates; if these documents were issued outside the US, he should then provide copies translated and notarized by a certified translation office.

All women are required to travel for Hajj with a Mahram. Proof of kinship must be submitted with the application form. Women over the age of forty-five (45) may travel without a Mahram with an organized group. They must however submit a no objection letter from her husband, son or brother authorizing her to travel for Hajj with the named group. This letter should be notarized.

The applicant must be in possession of a non-refundable roundtrip ticket with confirmed reservations.

The applicant must submit proof of vaccination for meningitis and ACYW135. For infants and children up to fifteen (15) years of age, a vaccination report is required for polio as well as meningitis and polio. Children over fifteen (15) years of age should present the same vaccinations requested for adults.

Imam Suleiman Hani


Imam Suleiman Hani is a lecturer and author hailing from Dearborn, Michigan. At the age of 14, he completed a 10-month Qur’an memorization program in the USA and subsequently began leading prayers across the nation. Shortly thereafter, he began his intensive studies under local and global scholars, completing hundreds of classical and modern texts and gaining ijazāt (licenses) in the six books of hadīth from multiple scholars, as well as a Master’s of Arts from the College of Shari’ah, University of Jordan. Suleiman has served as an Imam and youth director since the age of 19, lectured at conferences and workshops around the world, and has recorded several comprehensive series with Peace TV and Huda TV. Imam Suleiman recently authored a popular book on the subject of memorizing the Qur’an which has since been translated into several languages. He presently serves as an instructor and researcher at various educational and humanitarian institutions, the CEO of several business ventures, and serves as an Imam and Religious Director in Michigan. His most recent hobbies include mixed martial arts, skydiving, writing, and traveling.
